Datu Haji Hamzah bin Haji Drahman, aged 67, graduated from University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Economics(Hons) in 1971. He has over 30 years experience in public sector in various capacities notably Permanent Secretary of Ministry of various State Ministers of Sarawak. He has some experience in public listed companies as he was director of Tradewinds Corporation Berhad and Sarawak Oil Palm Berhad.
Presently, he sits in the Board of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad (SCIB).
