Phil Robinson

Phil Robinson is the Founder and Owner of Vici Resourcing Ltd, an international recruitment consultancy established in January 2005, where Phil develops partnerships with global clients to enhance their organizations through strategic hiring. In addition to this primary role, Phil serves as an External Recruiter for ZEDEDA, Ceragon Networks, Radwin, and Aviat Networks, focusing on recruiting across Europe and globally. Previous experience includes significant roles at Siemens Enterprise Communications, 4RF, and Mitel, as well as a Lead Consultant position at Paradigm Associates, specializing in the search and selection of senior Technical and Sales professionals within the Telecommunications and Hi-tech sectors. Phil holds a degree in Geology from Liverpool John Moores University.
