Justin Vassallo

In his current role, Justin is responsible in guiding and managing the team in accounting, VAT and payroll related matters.

Prior to joining AlleyBe Limited, Justin was employed by Amicorp Group and reported directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Justin played an important role in the Group’s business growth by helping maximise revenue and bringing to attention any issues regarding pricing procedures, business and commercial procedures, group chargeability and other financial related matters. His role involved a significant amount of communication with various offices around the globe, with a number of travels to Bangalore, Spain and Lithuania for specific projects and assignments. Prior to this role, Justin was a senior manager at PwC and obtained extensive experience in managing audits of various entities primarily within the firm’s asset management client portfolio. Justin was also involved in various non-audit assurance engagements such as controls assurance reporting (ISAE 3402) and track performance reporting (GIPS – Global Investment Performance Standards) and was appointed to the Quality and Risk Management Committee and participated in audit quality assignments within other PwC offices overseas.
