Kerry Merryweather

Kerry has over 30 years of experience in pensions, in a variety of roles, including pensions management, scheme secretarial, pensions administration, project management and is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (FPMI).

Kerry joined Inside Pensions (now part of ZEDRA) in 2017 and provides secretariat and pensions manager support services on a range of matters to clients. This includes, for example, the preparation, drafting of minutes and following up of actions for trustee meetings; the project management of various key deliverables, the drafting of member and scheme communications; and dealing with complex discretion cases. She is passionate about delivering a high quality, proactive service to clients.

Prior to Inside Pensions (now part of ZEDRA), Kerry spent over nine years as the Compensation and Benefits Manager for Dow Chemical Services in the UK and Nordics. Kerry’s responsibilities included the development and delivery of the pensions, benefits and compensation strategy; ongoing pensions management services; and the provision of scheme secretarial services to the Trustees.

She has managed many projects including the merger of three pension schemes into one, a review and rationalisation of administration service providers, the transition to new administrators, and the development and implementation of automatic enrolment strategy.

Earlier in her career, Kerry spent 12 years as the Pensions Administration Manager for two companies, involving DB and DC administration, and the management of various administration projects.
