Alexander Antrobus

Algorithms Lead at Zedsen

Alexander Antrobus is an accomplished professional in the field of computational neuroscience and mathematics, currently serving as Algorithms Lead at Zedsen since April 2024. Antrobus is also a Doctoral Student at UCL, where research focuses on deriving models of synaptic plasticity and learning processes in cerebellar and cortical systems. Previous roles include Simulation Team Lead and Senior Research Scientist at CoMind, as well as an Education Assistant at Informa Connect, providing support for a course on Machine Learning in BioPharma. Alexander co-founded the IBRO-Simons Computational Neuroscience Imbizo, establishing Africa's first annual computational neuroscience summer school. Educational achievements include a PhD in Computational Neuroscience from UCL and an MS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Cape Town.
