Kavita Dasan

Kavita Dasan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Deputy Vice President of Human Resources at Zee Entertainment Enterprise Ltd. since July 2012. Prior to this, Kavita held the position of DGM - HR at DSCL from December 2008 to July 2012, where responsibilities included managing HR for the Rural Retail division, overseeing a workforce of over 2,500 employees across more than 300 locations in India. Earlier career experience includes roles at Times Internet Ltd. as Chief Manager - HR focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement, and at BCCL where Kavita was responsible for recruitment processes across the North and East divisions. Kavita holds a B.Com and a Master's in HR from Delhi University, earned between 1995 and 1997.
