Vikas Sharma

Vikas Sharma is a seasoned professional in the field of technology and media, currently serving as a Technical Lead at Tech Mahindra since April 2022 and as a Manager of Content Technology at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited since December 2018. Vikas has a diverse background, with significant experience as a Senior Software Developer at Ericsson India, where responsibilities included designing workflows for major UK channels and managing media asset workflows for the BBC. Prior roles include serving as a SOC Engineer at Lebara, where Vikas oversaw cloud-based OTT architectures and transcoding services, and as a Broadcast Engineer at Prime Focus Technologies, contributing to the implementation of BARC projects. Vikas started the career as a Headend Engineer at Digicable Network India Pvt Ltd. Vikas holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from M.P.C.T Gwalior, completed between 2005 and 2009.
