Vice President, Fleet Strategy at Zeeba

Aaron Castilla has a diverse and extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Aaron began their career at Enterprise Holdings, where they held various roles, including Assistant Branch Manager and Regional Logistics Supervisor. Aaron then became a Regional Vehicle Acquisition Manager, overseeing fleet acquisitions, logistics, and delivery in different regions.

Aaron later joined Hertz, where they served as a Manager, Director, and Senior Director in Revenue Management. In these roles, they led pricing and supply optimization strategies, collaborated with in-market leaders, and drove revenue growth through forecasting and demand planning.

After Hertz, Aaron worked at Amazon as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for shaping and directing the supply chain vision and operating strategy for a fleet of custom delivery and step vans.

Most recently, Aaron held leadership positions at GO car subscription and Zeeba Automotive. At GO car subscription, they were the Vice President of Fleet Operations, overseeing daily operations, fleet planning, vendor relations, and customer inquiries. At Zeeba Automotive, they served as the Vice President of Fleet Strategy, responsible for vehicle sales and acquisitions, implementing effective strategies and optimizing inventory management.

Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in fleet management, revenue management, and logistics.

Aaron Castilla is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) from Wake Forest University School of Business, with an expected completion date in 2022. Aaron previously earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business/Corporate Communications from Florida Atlantic University. In addition to their formal education, Aaron has obtained various certifications, including Python vs. R for Data Science from LinkedIn, Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau Software, Excel Skills for Business: Essentials from Coursera, SQL for Data Science from Coursera, and an IATA Airline Revenue Management Certificate from IATA Training.
