Lukas Motsch

Lukas Motsch has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lukas is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Zeedz since August 2022. Prior to this, Lukas worked at SAP from 2020 to 2022, where they held positions such as a Strategy Execution Specialist at SAP Signavio and an Operations Associate at Spotlight by SAP. Lukas also gained experience at Spotlight by SAP in 2019 as a Product Management & Operations Working Student.

In 2018, Lukas worked as a Business Model Innovation Team Working Student at SAP, where they conducted research on different aspects of business models and new technologies. Before joining SAP, Lukas worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Mannheim in 2017 and 2018. Lukas also co-founded Familov in 2016, where they worked on marketing and strategy. In addition, Lukas gained experience as a Research Assistant at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken in 2016 and as a Product Management & Marketing Intern at Villeroy & Boch in the same year. Lukas started their professional journey as a Property Management & Accountant at Hausverwaltung Judith Reitnauer in 2015.

Lukas Motsch's education history begins in 2002 at Gymnasium Johanneum Homburg, where they obtained their Abitur (Qualification for University Entry) in 2010. Lukas then attended Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken from 2011 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business. During their time at this institution, they also spent a year from 2014 to 2015 studying at the University of Hertfordshire, where they earned an additional Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Lukas Motsch pursued further education at the University of Mannheim from 2016 to 2019. At this institution, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Master in Management.

In addition to their formal education, Lukas Motsch has obtained certifications outside of their academic pursuits. In 2016, they received a certification in Financial Markets from Yale University through Coursera Course Certificates. Later, in 2021, they became a Workpath OKR Coach certified by Workpath.
