Fredrik Wallander

Fredrik Wallander has a robust background in engineering, particularly in the automotive industry, with a focus on door systems and vehicle integration. Currently serving as ETL doors at Volvo Trucks since February 2024, Fredrik has previously held multiple key roles, including System Engineer for door opening systems at CEVT since February 2020 and Group Design Lead for door mechanics at Volvo Car Group/Tata Engineering from February 2018 to February 2020, overseeing full door launches. Other notable positions include Senior Design Engineer for door structures at Volvo Car Corporation and Design Leader at Rieter. Fredrik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Development Engineering from Halmstad University and has completed studies in English and additional coursework at Lund University and the Australian College of English.
