Shannon Torok

Shannon T. is an experienced professional in revenue optimization and operations, currently serving as a member of the RevOps Co-op since December 2023. Shannon has over eight years of progressive experience at Zeel, holding various roles including Revenue Optimization Specialist, Project Manager, and Senior Account Manager. Responsibilities have included maximizing program efficiency, implementing best practices in Salesforce, and reducing software costs significantly. Shannon began with Zeel as an Operations Associate and has fostered a strong understanding of workplace wellness strategies. In addition to experience at Zeel, Shannon held managerial roles at Azusa Pacific University, supporting events and managing schedules within the psychology department. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and is recognized as a Ranger by Trailhead by Salesforce.
