Constance Caillaud

Constance Caillaud is a seasoned professional in growth leadership and strategic operations, currently serving as Growth Lead at Zefir since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to optimize product-market fit and effective scaling. Previously, Constance held several key roles at Luko, the leading insurtech in Europe, including VP of New Business & International and VP of Growth & New Launches, achieving significant milestones in client acquisition and sustainable growth. Prior experience includes roles at Econocom focusing on SaaS growth acceleration, and various consulting positions at The Boston Consulting Group. Constance holds a Master’s degree from HEC Paris and studied at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
