Flavio Suguimitzu

Flavio Suguimitzu's work experience begins in 2008 as a Support Technician at CSS Computers Corp, where they built and repaired software and hardware issues, installed CCTVs, and implemented workstation and server environments. Flavio then joined Kaseya in 2011 as a Tier 2 Support Engineer, providing technical and database troubleshooting within the MSP enterprise software environment. At Meriplex Communications, Flavio held two roles: Solutions Architect, where they designed and executed Microsoft solutions, provided technical presentations, and developed a Customer Satisfaction Survey system; and SaaS System Administrator, where they designed and executed Microsoft architecture, deployed VMware and Veeam to customer sites, and worked on project plans. Currently, Flavio is the Head of Architecture at Zeg Solutions, a Texas-based Managed Service company, where they customize solutions for clients, addresses IT challenges, and ensures operational readiness.

Flavio Suguimitzu obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from Florida International University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also earned certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in August 2014 and as a Kaseya Certified Administrator from Kaseya in April 2011.
