Marta Karbowska

Marta Karbowska currently serves as Chief of Staff & Strategy at Zego, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Project Leader and Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from May 2018 to February 2024, and as a Multi-Asset Product Specialist at HSBC Global Asset Management from August 2014 to April 2018. Earlier in her career, Marta worked as an Analyst focused on Multi-Asset Research at HSBC, and completed internships at Hogan Lovells, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Polish Aid), J.P. Morgan, Dewey & LeBoeuf (Warsaw) LLP, Five Paper, and TVN CNBC Business Television. Marta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Law and Accounting with Distinction from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as an International Baccalaureate Diploma from IB World School 1531 in Warsaw.
