Lindsey Schmalz

Lindsey Schmalz, B.A. Tech, currently serves as an Estimator/Project Coordinator at Zehr Group, having transitioned from a role as an Estimator/Pre-Construction Coordinator where responsibilities included analyzing bid documents and coordinating with subcontractors. Previous experience includes positions as a Junior Estimator at Trusscore and RHC, an Architectural Assistant at Marcus Baker focusing on drafting and 3D modeling, and a Bartender at Kitchener-Waterloo Granite Club, where strong communication skills were developed. Additional experience spans a marketing internship and culinary role at Panago Pizza. Lindsey is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture: Project and Facility Management at Conestoga College, expected to complete in 2024.
