Colette Keilman

Ms. Keilman possesses over 15 years of experience across multiple dimensions of Compliance and Legal Services in the government services industry. As the Director of Compliance, she is responsible for Zeiders ethics and compliance programs, regulatory monitoring, risk and governance, legal services, and provides oversight of corporate operations and industrial security. As a member of the Executive Team she, participates in various strategic initiatives including proposal support, business and organizational development, certification programs, and internal audit processes. Prior to joining Zeiders, Ms. Keilman held various roles in compliance and legal services at two large defense contracting firms, and a boutique consulting firm. Ms. Keilman is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Juris Doctorate from Widener University. As a military spouse, Ms. Keilman is acutely aware of the challenges facing the military community and is committed to improving the quality of life of Service members and their families.
