Saheli Sarkar

Saheli Sarkar currently serves as the Business Head - Consumables at ZEISS India, a position held since August 2025, where responsibilities include scaling the Consumables business and driving impactful partnerships. Previously, Saheli was the Regional Manager for South India at Johnson & Johnson Vision, overseeing the Surgical Vision business with P&L ownership from September 2021 to July 2025. Prior roles include Regional Manager for Tamil Nadu at Ashok Leyland, where significant revenue growth and market share enhancements were achieved, and various positions at Castrol India Ltd. focusing on sales operations, pricing strategy, and process improvements. Saheli began a career as a Design Engineer at Schneider Electric. Saheli holds a PGPM in Marketing from SPJIMR and has completed a Marketing Immersion Program at Cornell University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
