Patrick Thompson

Cofounder at Zeit Medical

Patrick Thompson is a Vascular Surgeon with experience at MidState Medical Center and Connecticut Vascular Center, both starting in 2021. Prior to this, they were a Cofounder at Zeit Medical from 2018-2021. From 2014-2018, they were a Vascular Surgery Resident at Stanford University, and from 2017-2018 they were a Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellow at the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign.

Patrick Thompson has a diverse educational background. From 2003-2007, they attended Boston College, where they studied Finance and General. In 2007, they enrolled in the Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Program at Georgetown University, which they completed in 2009. From 2010-2014, they attended UMass Chan Medical School, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD). In 2017, they were accepted into the Innovation Fellowship at Stanford University's Byers Center for Biodesign, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, Patrick is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI), certified by The Alliance for Physician Certification & Advancement.
