Steve Bryant, as Director of Strategic Research, designs and conducts in-depth interviews to reveal valuable strategic insights. He draws on deep experience counseling senior marketing executives, guided by customer and consumer research he has designed and overseen. His research findings have been published and cited in sociology journals and across a wide range of business media.

Prior to joining Zeitgeist Research, Mr. Bryant directed the Seattle business unit and North American food and beverage communications for MSL, the public relations unit of Publicis, the world’s most valuable communications agency. He was among the agency’s key U.S. thought leaders; his annual trends forecasts were followed around the world.

Mr. Bryant’s experience with Fortune 500 companies spans medical technology, retail, telecom, utilities, kids, ecommerce, construction, biotechnology, healthcare, commodities, and financial institutions, along with practically every channel and category of the food industry. He earned bachelor’s degrees in sociology and psychology, has been recognized by more than 100 communications industry awards.
