James Thibodeau

James Thibodeau has an extensive work experience in the finance and operations sectors. James most recently worked at Zekelman Industries as the Vice President of Finance. Prior to that, they held the same role at Chromalloy, a private equity-owned company in the Energy and Aerospace industries. James was responsible for leading a large finance team across multiple locations. Before that, James was the Vice President of Finance at JMC Steel, where they led the finance functions during the company's acquisition and consolidation phase. James also has experience at Precision Castparts, where they held various leadership roles, including Vice President / General Manager and Corporate Vice President of Operations. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated expertise in finance, operations management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

James Thibodeau earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University, where they studied from 1974 to 1978. James also completed various certifications and training programs, including the General Electric Financial Management Training Program, the Effective Presentation Training Program, the Financial Investment Analysis Course, the GEAE Supplier 6 Sigma for Leaders Training, the Interpersonal Management Skills Seminar, the New Manager Development Course, and the United Technology ACE Certification.
