Tia Dawe

Tia Dawe is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and various HR management roles. Currently serving as Sr. Human Resources Manager - Employee Relations at Zekelman Industries since March 2023, Tia previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Z Modular from March 2019 to April 2023 and at Gateway Services Inc. from April 2018 to December 2018. Tia started in HR as a Human Resources Specialist - US at Gateway Services Inc. after working as Human Resources Business Partner - North America for RIMOWA from July 2015 to April 2018. Tia holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and an Ontario College Diploma in Business, both from Conestoga College.
