Joshua Hellyer

Joshua Hellyer is an experienced professional in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) with a strong background in program management and training coordination. Currently serving as ISR and Training Portfolio Manager at Zel Technologies LLC since April 2018, Joshua leads contract operations and product development while actively engaging with partners and customers. Joshua has extensive experience as a Supervisory Intelligence Analyst across multiple companies and the United States Department of Defense, focusing on the development of tailored intelligence products and training programs for ISR Tactical Controllers.
