Abraham Serrano Jimenez

Abraham Serrano Jimenez is an experienced telecommunications technician with a focus on network and communications. Currently serving as Tecnico redes y comunicaciones N2 at Zelenza since January 2022, Abraham previously held the position of Técnico N2 at Comdata España & Latam, contributing to the CEPSA project from January 2019 to March 2022. Prior experience includes functioning as Operador de redes en CGP at Grupo SMS from July 2012 to December 2018, where responsibilities encompassed proactive incident detection, network supervision, incident management, router configuration, traffic reporting, database updates, and basic systems administration.
