Jose Luis Garcia Perez

Jose Luis Garcia Perez is an experienced leader in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as CEO of Zelestra LATAM and Chief Development and Construction Officer at SOLARPACK since June 2022. Previously, Jose Luis held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Zuma Energía from April 2021 to May 2022 and served as Chief Development Officer from July 2015 to April 2021. Jose Luis's extensive career also includes a Directivo role at Element Power and a Director role in T&D Middle East at Iberdrola Engineering and Construction, where responsibilities involved high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects. Jose Luis began their professional journey as Engineering Manager at ISOLUX CORSAN, specializing in construction projects for electrical infrastructure. Jose Luis holds an Industrial Engineering degree in Mechanics from the Escuela Superior de Ingenieros de Sevilla.
