Tim Slate

Tim Slate is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial management. Currently serving as Director at Catalyst Corporate Pty Ltd since July 2016, Tim also holds multiple Company Secretary positions at Zelda Therapeutics, Syntonic Inc., and Tyranna Resources Ltd. Previously, Tim was the Company Secretary for Castillo Copper Ltd and UltraCharge, where Tim served as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Tim has acted as a Company Secretary for Eumeralla Resources Limited and held key roles at Premiere Eastern Energy Ltd and Palisade Business Consulting. Tim began a career in accounting at Crowe Horwath and holds a Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Western Australia.
