Elijah De'Shawn Griffiths is an experienced executive assistant and operations leader, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the EVP, Global Chief People Officer at Zelis since February 2021, where strategic advisory responsibilities are undertaken. Griffiths is also the Founder and CEO of The EA Guru, providing administrative support and operational management to C-suite leaders using remote technologies. Additional experience includes roles such as Interim Board Administrator for Marion P.
