Gustavo Monteiro dos Santos

Gustavo Monteiro dos Santos is an accomplished IT Operations Support Engineer and Technical Client Experience Manager at Zelis since June 2021, following a tenure as a USF Athletics Academic Tutor at the University of South Florida from September 2020 to December 2020, and an IS Analyst Undergrad Intern at Amgen from May 2020 to August 2020. Gustavo is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity at Westcliff University, expected to be completed in June 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems with a focus on Cybersecurity from the University of South Florida (2019-2021), as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of Mount Olive (2017-2019).
