Jeff Osborn

Jeff Osborn has extensive experience in strategic account management and client services. Jeff is currently the Director of Strategic Account Management at Zelis. Previously, they worked at Paradigm for over two decades, where they held the position of Vice President of Client Services for Catastrophic Care Management. In this role, they had a significant impact on productivity, revenue, and customer loyalty. Jeff developed corporate strategies for marketing, training, and operational improvement and oversaw a $150M annual book of renewable business.

Jeff Osborn received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
