Kate Ferry has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over two decades. Kate also served as a Senior HR Business Partner for the Vaccine Division and supported the launch of new vaccines.

Kate began their career at Siemens Healthineers as an HR Partner, where they played a key role in restructuring the sales process and implementing global leadership excellence standards. Overall, Kate's work experience reflects a strong background in HR strategy, organizational development, and talent management.

Kate Ferry holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
