Marci Maisano

Marci Maisano is a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry with extensive experience in electronic data interchange (EDI) and financial transaction processes. As the Director of EDI and Adjudication Partners at Zelis since May 2022, Marci leads initiatives within this domain. Previously, at CIGNA Healthcare, which has been Marci's primary employment since August 2002, various roles included Business Product Specialist for EDI & EFT, Industry Engagement Lead focusing on healthcare standards, and Product Manager overseeing EDI and EFT strategy and implementation. Additionally, Marci served as Co Chairman for X12 from June 2018 to September 2022 in a volunteer capacity. Marci's foundational education was completed at Pittston Area High School between 1994 and 1998.
