Phillip Brown

Phillip Brown is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Cloud Architect Fellow at Zelis, Phillip is responsible for defining strategic cloud usage across over 75 AWS accounts and building a Cloud Center of Excellence practice across U.S. and India teams. Previous roles include Director and Principal Engineer for Cloud Engineering at Oracle Health and a similar position at Cerner Corporation, where Phillip focused on cloud architecture, security, and compliance strategies while leading infrastructure architecture teams. With a solid educational background including a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Iowa, Phillip has also participated in various industry conferences and training programs, solidifying expertise in cloud technology, systems administration, and database management.
