Smitha Varma has over 18 years of experience in product management, support, and software development, currently serving as a Product Manager at Zelis since July 2017, where responsibilities have included product ownership and business analysis. Prior to this, Smitha held various roles at ASD Global from 2005 to 2017, including Product Support Manager, where collaboration with customers and market analysis shaped product strategies. Smitha’s earlier experience includes technical support leadership and software programming roles at ASD Global and Greenfield Online, focusing on web applications and survey development. Smitha holds a Master's in Computer Applications from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor's degree in Maths and Physics from Delhi University.
