Traci Patterson

Traci Patterson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Traci began their professional career in 2008 as an Event Coordinator for U.S. Cellular, where they focused on experiential marketing. In 2011, they joined Ansira as a Senior Account Coordinator and later became an Account Coordinator & Field Representative. In these roles, Traci was responsible for marketing research, client liaising, website testing, and creating proposals for clients such as Anheuser-Busch and Lincoln.

Traci moved on to Zelis in 2014, initially working as an Implementation Specialist and quickly progressing to the role of Lead Account Manager. Traci then transitioned to the position of Lead Project Analyst, and eventually became a Product Manager, Strategic Programs. In this capacity, Traci partnered with stakeholders and customers to develop product strategies, collaborated on the execution of roadmaps, and prioritized sprint backlogs for assigned products.

Traci's dedication and expertise led to their promotion to Senior Product Manager, Strategic Programs. Traci continued to contribute to product vision, innovation, and end-to-end product launches. Traci then took on the role of Director, Product Strategic Programs, where they led platform integration strategies for mergers and acquisitions, supported client conversion and enrollment, and collaborated with stakeholders to inform the product vision and strategy.

Most recently, Traci has been serving as the Sr. Director, Product Payments at Zelis, where they oversee various responsibilities, including partnership integrations, go-to-market planning, revenue and EBITDA contribution, process improvement, and mentorship. Throughout their career, Traci has demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic skills, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Traci Patterson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Illinois State University from 2006 to 2010. Traci then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Project Management from Lindenwood University from 2013 to 2014.
