Makarand Hegde

Team Lead - Customer Success at Zell Education

Makarand Hegde has a diverse work experience in both customer success and auditing. From 2018 to the present, they have been working at Zell Education, where they started as an Executive in Customer Success and progressed to become a Senior Executive and then a Team Lead in the same department. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they interned at Kalyaniwalla & Mistry as a Trainee, where they assisted in conducting statutory and tax audits for various companies, including Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Godrej Industries Limited, Essilor India Private Limited, and Bank of Baroda.

Makarand Hegde attended KPB Hinduja College of Commerce from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also acquired several certifications. In October 2019, Makarand obtained the IELTS certification from IELTS Official. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Effective Listening from LinkedIn in January 2021, Interpersonal Communication from LinkedIn in August 2021, and Speaking Confidently and Effectively from LinkedIn in September 2021.
