Our founder, Sam Zell, believed in exploring your potential and creating an impact. That’s why we aim to support his family — as well as our community and society — by enhancing their well-being. ZFO is a division of Chai Trust, the private trust company for the Zell family. Chai has two primary divisions: The Zell Family Office and Equity Group Investments, which focuses on direct investing in privately held companies across various industries.
