Chad Thies

Chad Thies is the Founder and President of Zelle Human Resource Solutions, established in September 2013, where a dynamic team addresses contemporary HR challenges while anticipating future demands. Previously, Chad served as First Vice President and Vice President at Union Bank and Trust, overseeing various HR functions such as payroll, benefits, and employee relations. Prior experience includes roles at Talent Plus as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruitment, and at Concordia University Seward as the Director of Admissions and Recruitment, contributing to consistent enrollment growth. Chad also has a background in education as an Adjunct Professor at Doane College and has experience as a football coach and camp director. Chad holds two Bachelor's degrees and a Master's degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Multi-Cultural Studies.
