Karla Aguilera is a law student at Stetson University College of Law, expected to graduate in 2024 with a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Currently serving as a Research & Writing Teaching Assistant under Professor Erin Okuno, Karla has gained significant legal experience through roles such as Law Clerk at Zelle LLP, Child Advocate at the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Office, and In-House Counsel Extern at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. Previous positions include a campaign fellow for Congresswoman Donna E. Shalala and internships in both legal and scientific fields. Karla holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Miami Dade College.
