Laura Stangle

Laura Stangle, MBA, CCIM, RPA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Zeller since September 2017. Stangle has been an instructor at BOMI International since 2003, teaching RPA Budget & Accounting, FMA Facilities Planning & Project Management, and RPA Law & Risk Management courses nationally. Prior experience includes Senior Asset Manager at Tribune Real Estate Holdings, overseeing an 8 million square foot portfolio, and Senior General Manager at Lincoln Property Company, where management of a capital improvement program for a class B office tower was a key responsibility. Additional roles involved property management and asset management at The John Buck Company, Prime Group Realty Trust, and Hamilton Partners, with a focus on operational excellence across various real estate assets. Stangle holds an MBA in Real Estate Investment & Finance from DePaul University and a BA in Real Estate.
