Nivi N.

Nivi N. started their work experience in 2012 at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Test Engineer. Nivi then became an IT Analyst (Test Engineer) in 2015 and worked in that role until 2017. In 2017, Nivi joined Whispir as a QA Analyst and worked in that role until 2020 when they were promoted to Senior QA Analyst. Nivi then joined Zeller in 2021 as a Senior Quality Analyst.

Nivi N. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, graduating in 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Nivi obtained the MCSA: Windows Server 2012 - Certified 2017 from Microsoft in June 2017. Other certifications include the Agile Methodologies Foundation Certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in January 2017, the Prince2 Foundation in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2016, the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2016, and the ISTQB Foundation Certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in December 2013.
