Henrik Jesman Sunde has had a diverse work experience. Henrik Jesman founded and served as the CEO of Zelo, a B2B SaaS company that enables customers to improve internal corporate communications. Henrik Jesman launched Zelo in 2017, and it is currently used by companies in multiple countries. Prior to Zelo, Henrik founded and served as the CEO of Zoaring AS, a B2B content services company with top tier customers in Scandinavia. Henrik Jesman also had a brief stint as the CEO of Mess&Order, a coworking space and entrepreneurial community in Stavanger, Norway. During their time at Mess&Order, Henrik stabilized and grew the company by doubling the number of members, turning the company profitable, and implementing an efficient organizational structure. Before entering the business world, Henrik worked as a ground crew and loadmaster for Norport Handling, where they handled various airlines and private charters. Henrik Jesman also served as a pilot for Sola Flyklubb, where they conducted non-profit sightseeing flights in the region.
Henrik Jesman Sunde began their education in 2005 at Stavanger Cathedral School, where they obtained an Upper secondary diploma in General studies in 2008. In 2009, they attended Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III and completed the Institut d'études françaises pour étrangers program, focusing on French Culture and Modern Language. From 2008 to 2011, Henrik attended Luftfartsskolen / Pilot Flyskole, where they earned a Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine endorsement. In 2011, they briefly studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, which remains incomplete. Additionally, in the same year, Henrik attended Oxford Aviation Academy (OAA), where they completed the Multicrew Co-operation Course (MCC).
