Melita Ball is the Founder and CEO of MBC & Affiliates, Inc. (MBCA) with over 30 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry. Prior to founding MBCA, Melita held positions such as CEO/Principal Consultant at Hologic, Director of Quality Assurance at Third Wave Technologies, Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance at Ventana, and Senior Manager of Corporate Quality System Training & Documentation at CareFusion. Melita also has experience in Quality Assurance at Hollister Incorporated. Melita holds a Master's Degree in Philosophy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Bridgewater College.
