Melissa Renteria

Melissa Renteria has a wealth of experience in the business world. Melissa began their career in 2005 as a Parts and Accessories Exports Manager at General Motors. In 2006, they moved to Philip Morris International as a Sales Manager. In 2007, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant. Melissa worked in this role until 2012, when they were promoted to Engagement Manager. In 2016, they co-founded Festivalia. In 2018, they took on the role of Project Lead - Women Matter M\u00e9xico at McKinsey & Company, while also becoming COO at ZELP ltd.

Melissa Renteria attended Columbia Business School from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an MBA in Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 2001 to 2006, where they earned an Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering.
