Nicolas Arsic

Nicolas Arsic has a long and varied work experience. Nicolas began their career in 2003 as an Executive Administrator at Aceris 3D Inspection Inc. In 2011, they joined the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as a Consultant. During their time there, they coordinated and participated in an international national cancer control assessment mission in French to Algeria and assisted in drafting a mission report. In 2012, they joined Market Logic Software as a Senior Director Business Transformation and a Senior Director Corporate Development. In these roles, they reported directly to the Chief Transformation Officer and the CEO and CFO/COO, respectively. Nicolas also facilitated corporate-wide initiatives and implemented the "Objectives and Key Results" goal-setting framework. In 2021, they joined Appinio as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. In this role, they co-led and built a new team with the mandate to create new lines of business and explore new possibilities. Finally, in 2022, they joined Zelus Analytics as the Director of Operations.

Nicolas Arsic began their educational journey in 1995 when they attended College Beaubois for their secondary school studies. Nicolas then continued their studies at CEGEP - John Abbott College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Diploma of College Studies in Social Sciences with Mathematics. Arsic then moved on to Concordia University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in a Double Major in Political Sciences and History from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, they completed their Master's degree in Political and Social Sciences Research Methods at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Most recently, in May 2021, Arsic obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
