Julian Hou

Julian Hou is an experienced project manager with a background in data management, healthcare equipment planning, and technical analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ZE PowerGroup since June 2021, Julian oversees the implementation of the ZEMA platform for clients, handling software decommissioning and data migration. Prior experience includes managing HEPS at Navidata, supporting healthcare clients such as Provincial Health Services Authority and Providence Healthcare, and developing business proposals. Julian has also worked as a Technical Business Analyst at University Health Network and CIK Telecom Inc., focusing on client requirements and product analysis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and certifications in Project Management and Disciplined Agile.
