Zeman Homes was founded over 30 years ago and currently is one of the largest owner/operators of manufactured home communities in the country.  With its corporate office on the Northwest side of Chicago, Zeman currently has 33 communities in the State of Illinois, as well as communities in Indiana and Michigan. 

Zeman’s long history of success is predicated on providing comprehensive customer service from start to finish, Zeman Homes assists buyers every step-of-the-way, from site selection, to interior home customization, to financing through the company’s captive lending group. Working closely with state and government agencies, Zeman Homes has a reputation for providing superior neighborhoods with amenities such as parks and playgrounds, lakes, and an on-site management presence that makes a Zeman neighborhood a place where families feel safe and where their home investment is secure.
