Alessio Bennici has extensive experience in customer success and client advisory roles, currently serving as Team Lead Customer Success at Zemanta since November 2020, following a position as Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Alessio held the role of Client Advisor and VM Ambassador at Bvlgari from September 2016 to February 2020, where responsibilities included providing exceptional client service and enhancing brand visibility.
