Khoubeib Bouthour is a senior software engineer with over 16 years of experience in various industries. Khoubeib started their career with Tunisian Air Force as a junior software developer. Khoubeib contributed to achieving various local applications using various programming languages. Part of their duty involves ensuring the application of best code practices and security principles. Khoubeib has also worked with SOCi as a senior full-stack developer, where they helped develop a social media analytics platform for business owners. Khoubeib also worked with ISC as a Senior Software Engineer, where they provided and maintained web-based software infrastructures used by thousands of users of different roles. Khoubeib is the CEO & Founder of Zembra, a complete application for review data collection from major review platforms. Khoubeib recently joined Capital One as a Senior Lead Software Engineer.

Khoubeib Bouthour holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Aviation School of Borj El Amri between 2002 and 2005. Khoubeib also received an Associate's degree in Math, Physics, Electronics, and Chemistry from the Preparatory School to Military Academies between 2000 and 2002. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Problem Solving from HackerRank in May 2020, and in Data Science from the Naval Postgraduate School in December 2017.
