Asrat Tadesse

Mr. Asrat Tadesse has over two decades of professional experience in banking with Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, United Bank and Zemen Bank S.C. Starting his career as a graduate trainee with Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Mr. Asrat has worked on various progressively responsible roles, in the three Banks. The roles held include, head of the Credit Analysis and Appraisal Division, Branch Manager, Director -Operations and Credit Portfolio Management depts. (at United Bank), and Director- Credit Relationship Management and Personal & Business Banking depts. (with Zemen Bank). In terms of training Mr. Asrat Tadesse is a graduate of Accounting from Addis Ababa University (received B.A. degree) and studied MBA with St. Mary’s University (working on final thesis). Besides Mr. Asrat has taken part in different Technical, Managerial and Leadership Trainings and workshops which helped him get the required skills on Managerial and Strategic areas of Banking. Mr. Asrat is a passionate banker having diversified hands on experience with especial expertise on Credit Management, Client relationship and Banking operations. Mr. Asrat assumed his previous post VP- Customer Service at Zemen Bank in March 2020.
