Etsegenet Yesuneh

Etsegenet Yesuneh has a total of 10 years of work experience. Etsegenet started their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Officer I at Nyala Insurance S.C (NISCO) and worked there until 2013. In 2013, they joined Zemen Bank S.C. and worked as a Customer Service Representative until 2014. Etsegenet then transitioned to the role of a Credit Customer Service Officer at the same company, where they have been working since then.

Etsegenet Yesuneh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in marketing and sales from Addis Ababa University from 2006 to 2010. Etsegenet also completed a Comprehensive Technical Programme in General Insurance from the National Insurance Academy in Pune, India in December 2011. In addition, Etsegenet obtained a Certificate of General Insurance Training from Nyala Insurance S.C in November 2010.
