Kalekrstos Shiferaw has extensive experience in the banking industry, having worked at both Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and Zemen Bank S.C. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager, Shiferaw has held various managerial positions in Payroll, ATM Services, Doorstep Banking, and Multichannel Banking. Shiferaw holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Addis Ababa University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
